Panacea Condo Tulum

Just spent 5 nights in a fine loft with a private pool. The modern, spacious vibe was like paradise! Loved the friendly staff and fresh breakfast, especially the eggs and guacamole. Just a heads-up, the main pool can be a bit shaded. Perfect escape!

My stay was really good for 2 nights...

When we visit Tulum, like staying here. The location of the hotel is TRANQUIL, short walk to convenient stores, the beach clubs and Cancun downtown. It's not very far from Gypsea Market, spent evening there.

The condition of the kitchen pods raised concerns, as they seemed a little low quality. Despite maintenance on the pool, cleaning was largely our responsibility, requiring us to ask for essentials like extra toilet paper and garbage bags during our 8-night stay.

We were provided with the suite and the breakfast was sensational,;)))

Stunning, neat room with a private bathroom and hair dryers, terry bathrobes and towels. Tranquil and ideal setting, close to restaurants and bars.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A fair review, pros and cons

The suite was spacious and clean, with a lovely outdoor area with a pool and garden that was just like a tropical oasis. Staff were always helpful, providing great service .

Although the location feels safe, visiting downtown can require more effort than expected.

Location close enough to Tulum centro, the free beaches south east, Coconut and Martinez and the centre. Nearby El Pescador - great place to chill out.

The suite with a private pool was spacious and modern, nice for both comfort and tranquility. The tropical garden surroundings created a peaceful oasis, and the staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

Location may be challenging for some.

We rented bikes easily and explored XCacel beach and Akumal beach to see turtles. The suite was comfy with a smart TV for movie nights. The peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. Don't miss the authentic tacos at Best Tacos Pepe nearby!

We found that parking was a bit tricky, so it's something to keep in mind when planning your stay.

Great family getaway with room for improvement

The kids loved the pool, but it was a hassle to get beach towels. Consider bringing your own! Parking was also tricky as we had to hand over the car key. A beautiful place for families.

The experience was refreshing, with spacious rooms offering multiple balconies, made relaxing easy. Biking to nearby cenotes was easy, and having nearby taco spots like Best Tacos Pepe added a local flavor to our stay. The location was a bit far from the main attractions, and parking sometimes posed a challenge.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Tulum with all in all great value for money. The private pool was a nice touch. Bring your own beach towels to save some hassle.
